Mubasher: Bahrain Bourse’s (BHB) benchmark index edged up by 0.1% or 1.08 points to close at 1,122.9 points on Wednesday.
Bahrain Islamic index gained 0.04% or 0.27 points to reach 758.46 points.
Liquidity reached around KWD 61,670 after nearly 440,170 shares were traded.
Commercial banks backed today’s performance after rising 0.22%, as Khaleeji Commercial Bank and NBB gained 1.61% and 0.85% respectively.
The services sector retreated 0.57%, dragged by Seef Properties which lost 0.55%.
