Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed Alrajhi, issued a decision to nationalise jobs in the communications and information technology field in private sector entities.
The decision will provide more job opportunities for Saudi male and female citizens, according to a statement on Monday.
In January 2019, the ministry launched an initiative to support the Saudization of the communications sector.
In August, the Saudization of wholesale and retail operations in nine economic activities by 70% started.
The decision includes nationalising activities related to the selling of coffee, tea, spices, water, beverages, vegetables, fruits, dates, seeds, agricultural materials, books, stationery, handmade and antique crafts, toys, fresh and frozen fish, dairy products, vegetable oils, car accessories, detergents, and plastics.
