Cairo – Mubasher: Bonyan for Development and Trade, a subsidiary of Compass Capital Egypt, has launched its latest project, The Walk of Cairo, in Sheikh Zayed.
Units of the project’s first phase will be offered for rent in the first quarter of 2019, Compass Capital said in a statement.
Spanning 11,600 square metres, the outdoor lifestyle destination will feature over 100 local and international retailers, including restaurants, shopping outlets, and family entertainment facilities, according to the statement.
The project has been designed by Chicago-based architects Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill, the company highlighted.
Founded in 2010, Egypt-based Compass Capital had acquired Bonyan in July 2018 and began its growth plans.
