Cairo – Mubasher: Co-operation petroleum Company’s (Copetrole) profits reached EGP 233 million in 2019, chairman Adel Ayyad stated on Tuesday.
The company is targeting EGP 250 million in profits in 2020, Ayyad added, according to the Middle East News Agency.
The top official noted that his company is owning 1,250 fuel stations and expects to add 10 new stations by year-end.
Copetrole has bought three new tankers and signed a contract for the building of two tankers with Alexandria Shipyard Company, Ayyad said.
Moreover, Ayyad revealed that his company’s sales of oils recorded 80,000 tonnes annually, adding that it exports oil and detergent products to Uganda, Rwanda, Libya, and Jordan.
