Coronavirus cases in Saudi Arabia reach 118

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Health reported 15 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on Sunday, according to state-run Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The cases include two residents from Indonesia and the Philippines who were in contact with a previously reported case.

Five cases are for Saudi nationals who were in contact with other cases, while two came from Spain, of one of which is a Saudi citizen while the other is a Spanish resident.

Additionally, two citizens who tested positive for the virus were coming from Iran, while another case was coming from Iraq, and three cases came from Egypt, the UK, and Switzerland.

All the reported cases are now under quarantine, the health ministry noted, adding that the total number of cases registered in the kingdom reached 118, while three cases have recovered.
