Cairo – Mubasher: Cotton and Textile Industries Holding Company on Thursday announced generating a net profit of EGP 25.2 million during fiscal year 2017/2018.
Revenues amounted to EGP 92.4 million in FY17/18, the Egyptian firm said in a statement.
The company further noted that the revenues of subsidiaries reached about EGP 3.9 billion last year.
Cotton and Textile’s exports increased by 39% year-on-year to EGP 880 million in FY17/18.
In April, Cotton & Textile Industries announced settling EGP 8.7 billion in debts for the National Investment Bank (NIB).
