Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Telecom Company (STC) was notified on Tuesday by its lawyer that its appeal against the indemnity for expropriation of a land owned by the company in Riyadh has been preliminary accepted by the administrative court.
The appeal was lodged as STC has declined the estimated financial compensation which does not represent the fair value of the land, it said in a statement.
It is worth highlighting that the verdict issued earlier was appealable within 30 days of receipt.
