Cairo – Mubasher: Arabian Cement said a lawsuit that was filed against it by an investor named Faa’k Borini was adjourned to 26 March.
Borini has filed earlier a lawsuit where he requested the annulment of the decisions made by the company’s shareholders meeting held last September.
The shareholders meeting has decided to sell the stocks owned the investors thus hold frozen stakes.
