Kuwait-Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications (Zain) said that the Kuwaiti court has decided to cancel the lawsuit filed by the undersecretary of the finance ministry against Zain, regarding the tax on national labor’s subsidy for 2009.
Zain, which is listed in KSE, said in a bourse statement that the case is about requesting the company to pay a financial tax worth KWD 2.06 million.
Zain stock settled at 350 fils at Thursday’s opening sesion, after about 161,800 shares were exchanged through 6 transactions, with a value worth about KWD 56,600.
