Kuwait-Mubasher: The court has confirmed the ruling issued against Zain Group regarding a fine worth $100 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday by Zain Group.
The hearing committee affiliated to the Iraqi Communications and Media Commission issued on 13 July a resolution that confirms the decision of the Commission’s CEO regarding the claimed fine.
Zain noted it would file an appeal against the claimed fine.
