Kuwait – Mubasher: Aayan Leasing and Investment said that the court of appeal in Kuwait has rescheduled the lawsuit filed over restructuring the company, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
The court has postponed the lawsuit session to 8 June, after it was delayed to 1 June in early May.
It is worth noting that Aayan’s profits leaped 898.3% to KWD 5.06 million in the first quarter of 2017, compared with about KWD 506,860 in the same period a year ago.
