Doha – Mubasher: Qatari Investors Group said Tuesday that the lawsuit filed by Al-Ruba Al-Khali Trading and Services Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holdings, against the group was dismissed.
The lawsuit was filed against some board members of the Qatari Investors Group, requesting them a compensation of QAR 3 million for material and moral damages suffered by not disclosing the case plus compel them to pay the legal expenses, according to a bourse statement.
The court dismissed the case and compelled the plaintiffs to pay all expenses.
