Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) said that it should be repaid an amount of KWD 44.06 million ($145.8 million) by Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK) based on a court ruling.
The court of cassation issued its ruling on 3 April, KFH’s statement said Wednesday.
On the stock market, KFH started Wednesday’s session with a rise of 1.05% to 480 fils, while CBK saw no trades at open.
