Mubasher: Hilal Cement said that the court of appeal has ordered the company to pay nearly KWD 578,430 to Global Clearing House Systems in addition to 7% legal interest, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
The company will pay the amount which has been created as a provision.
On the stock level, Hilal Cement fell by 5% to 114 fils, after nearly 4,200 shares were traded at a value of about KWD 479.
