Mubasher: Unicap Investment and Finance said that the court has issued a ruling in favor of the company over a lawsuit for running a real estate portfolio.
The company will get KWD 346,000 from this court ruling, which will be set for an appeal according to the scheduled dates, the company said in a bourse filing.
On the stock level, Unicap retreated by 3.64% to end Tuesday’s trading session at 53 fils, after 3.03 million shares were exchanged at a value of about KWD 162,800.
