Mubasher: Al Enmaa Real Estate said that the court of appeal has issued a final ruling in favour of the company against Action Real Estate Company, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
Al Enmaa will get KWD 174,516 from the court ruling, the company said, adding that the financial impact will be a loss estimated at KWD 241,440 which will be registered in the financial statements of the quarter ending on 30 April 2017.
