Mubasher: Livestock Transport and Trading said that a Kuwaiti court on 27 February issued a ruling in favour of the company against the commerce and industry ministry’s undersecretary.
The company will get KWD 2.29 million as a result of the court ruling, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.
At the stock level, Livestock lost 3.45% to reach 240 fils by 10:10am Kuwait time on Wednesday.
