Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications (Zain) announced that the court of appeal has issued a ruling in its favour against the undersecretary of the finance ministry of Kuwait.
The lawsuit is about a claim of KWD 11.57 million that represents the zakat amount due for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2010, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
