Kuwait-Mubasher: Acico Industries said that the court of cassation has ordered a subsidiary to pay KWD 1.62 million on back of a lawsuit in which the plaintiff is a person named “Adel Ahmed Al-Sayed.”
Acico noted that the impact of executing the court order will be reflected in the company’s financial statements.
During Wednesday’s trading session, Acico’s stock ended at 280 fils, rising by 3.7% or 10 fils, with a total value of about KWD 555,000.
