Kuwait-Mubasher: Housing Finance (Iskan) said that the court of cassation has ordered Bader Mohsen Al-Mutairi to pay KWD 396,000 to the company, for the sub-case filed by Iskan against Al-Mutairi.
The company noted in a bourse filing that the KWD 396,000 is the original amount of finance in addition to the agreed-on interest.
The court has rejected the lawsuit filed by Al-Mutairi against Iskan, said the company.
