Kuwait - Mubasher: Kuwait's court of first instance has issued a verdict, where it ordered Gulf Spring Co. to pay back KWD 170,000 to The National Projects Corporation for General Trade and Contracting.
Gulf Spring Kuwait Real Estate is 99% owned by Aqar Real Estate Investments.
Aqar pointed out that this settlement will not have any financial impact.
