Mubasher: KIB announced that the court of cassation in Kuwait has ordered the bank to pay KWD 9.07 million to Al Shahed Real Estate Co and Madakhel Al Kheer for General Trading and Contracting Co.
The financial impact of this court ruling will be disclosed once KIB received a copy of the ruing, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy that this legal verdict is final and will lead KIB to pay the amount mentioned in the ruling in addition to legal fees.
