Kuwait – Mubasher: The court of capital markets in Kuwait has issued a ruling that orders National Investments Co to pay KWD 1.1 million to a client.
The client has claimed a repayment of KWD 1.142 million in the filed lawsuit, the company said in a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
The financial impact from this court ruling cannot be determined until the court issues its final verdict, the company said, noting that it will file an appeal regarding this court order.
National Investments’ stock retreated by 1.96% to end Thursday’s session at 100 fils.
