Kuwait-Mubasher: Salbookh Trading said that the Kuwaiti court has decided, during its session on 8 December, to rerun the procedures for the public auction of one of Salbookh’s crackers, on back of a dispute between the company and one of its debtors who was leasing the equipment.
The court ordered the producer and trader of aggregates in Kuwait and the Middle East to notify Emirates Auction Company to proceed with the auction, according to a bourse statement.
The Kuwaiti court has set 29 December for review.
