Kuwait-Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications (Zain) said that the Iraqi court has scheduled 25 February to issue a verdict regarding the appeal filed by Atheer Telecommunications against the Iraqi General commission for taxes which imposed a capital tax on Iraqna, a company owned by Atheer, the company said in a bourse filing.
It is noteworthy that the court has rescheduled the case after it was set to be on 22 February.
Zain stock has retreated by 1.39% or 5 fils to settle at 355 fils during the opening of Tuesday’s trading session, after two transactions were executed by 15,000 shares with a value worth about 5,300.
