Kuwait-Mubasher: National Real Estate said that the court of cassation has rescheduled the lawsuit lodged by the government against the developer for 22 March, 2016.
The Kuwaiti commerce and industry earlier challenged a verdict asserting the company’s right in a land in the free zone.
The Kuwaiti commerce and industry minister had withdrawn a land managed by the property developer and investor on a build-operate-transfer basis, a move that has been taken to court which ruled in favor of National Real Estate.
The company’s stock retreated 4.6% or 4 fils to 83 fils at the beginning of Wednesday’s trading session, following 15 transactions which were executed on 328,200 shares valued at about KWD 27,100.
