Kuwait-Mubasher: National Investments Company (NIC) said Monday that the hearing of its appeal against a $2 million claim has been rescheduled by the court for 12 May.
The client who lodged the KWD 602,857 claim received a favourable first-degree verdict before the court of appeal suspended it until NIC’s challenge is settled.
The KSE-listed firm clarified that no financial impact can be currently determined.
