Kuwait-Mubasher: Mena Real Estate said that the lawsuit filed by Mashan Al-Mutairi against the company was rescheduled on Sunday by the court to 13 March.
Al-Mutairi claimed KWD 51,500 ($132,400) from Mena Real Estate.
The first hearing of this case was on 15 November, 2015, but so far had been rescheduled twice.
