Kuwait-Mubasher: Credit Rating and Collection (Tahssilat) said that the Kuwaiti court has scheduled 22 February for the company’s lawsuit filed against Qaf Investment Company, according to a bourse filing.
In the case, Tahssilat is claiming $12.46 million (KWD 3.56 million) from Qaf.
During Tuesday’s trading session, the stock dropped 6.1%to settle at 38.5 fils at 9:32 am Kuwait local time.
