Kuwait – Mubasher: Livestock Transport and Trading said that the court has scheduled Monday, 21 November, to issue a ruling in the lawsuit filed by the company against the undersecretary of the commerce and industry ministry.
The modified case claims KWD 3.46 million worth government subsidy, according to a bourse statement.
The ruling was scheduled to be issued on 31 October, the statement added.
