Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly of Crédit Agricole Egypt approved distributing EGP 4.15 billion in cash dividends for 2025.
The EGX-listed bank will distribute a dividend of EGP 3.32 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the ex-dividend and distribution dates will be 19 and 22 April 2026, respectively.
During 2025, Crédit Agricole Egypt logged 13.33% year-on-year (YoY) lower consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 6.96 billion, compared with EGP 8.03 billion.
