Cairo – Mubasher: Credit Agricole Egypt’s board of directors proposed the distribution of EGP 3.77 in cash dividend per share for 2017 profits.
The board recommended distributing 60%, or EGP 1.17 billion of the bank’s 2017 profits, which is subject to the Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) approval, the lender said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
Credit Agricole’s capital amounts to EGP 1.24 billion distributed over 310.9 million shares at a par value per share of EGP 4 per share.
