Cairo – Mubasher: Credit Agricole said Tuesday that it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 30 March to discuss a proposal by the board of directors to distribute cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.
The OGM will also look into the articles 4, 24, and 49 of the company’s statute, according to a bourse statement.
The board earlier recommended cash dividends of EGP 0.86 per share for the year which ended on 31 December 2016, totalling EGP 267.38 million.
