Cairo – Mubasher: Credit Agricole – Egypt will hold an ordinary general meeting on 31 March to discuss the distribution of cash dividends of EGP 1.96 per share.
The lender’s board proposed earlier the distribution of cash dividends for 2015 at EGP 608.3 million, representing 60% of its net profits for 2015.
Credit Agricole – Egypt posted net profits of EGP 1.037 billion for 2015, up from EGP 675.7 million a year earlier.
