Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian General Investment Authorityannounced on Thursday that the cumulative foreign investment in the Saudi market reached SAR 825 billion and foreign direct investments amount to $10 billion annually.
“If we talked on diversifying the sources of income, we wish to double those numbers,” Saudi newspaper Alyaum quoted the authority’s governor Abdullatif bin Ahmed Al Othman as saying.
“The kingdom is keen on diversifying the sources of income, as well as attracting a new generation of investments in new sectors to be added to the traditional mining, healthcare and transportation markets,” he added.
