Abu Dhabi – Mubaher: Around 72% of the respondents who participated in the Trust Index survey showed ‘very positive’ impression towards banks as compared to 70% in 2015, according to the UAE Banks Federation (UBF).
Trust index in the sector is still stable at 68% despite global challenges and uncertainties.
Around 38% of the consumers said that UAE banks are better than financial institutions in their home countries, UBF added in a statement.
