DAMAC Properties to invest over 60% of its liquidity in Dubai

Dubai – Mubasher: DAMAC Properties is planning to invest over 60% of its liquidity in Dubai, the company’s chairman Hussain Sajwani told CNBC Arabiya.

The owner and operator of the only Trump-branded golf club in the Middle East will deliver more than 3,000 residential units during 2018, Sajwani stated.

The UAE-based real estate developer is interested in the European market and considers investing in Spain and Germany, the top official noted, adding that DAMAC has no intentions to enter the Indian market for the time being.
