DAMAC awards AED 40m contract to Proscape

Dubai – Mubasher: DAMAC Properties revealed that it has awarded an AED 40 million contract to Proscape, a member of the Tanseeq Investment Group of Companies.

The contract entails implementing road and infrastructure works at Aquilegia, a 207,000 square-metre cluster, the Dubai-based real estate firm said in a statement.

Aquilegia comprises 629 independent and semi-detached luxury villas and townhouses, surrounded by lush greens and inviting walkways.

“Our team is carefully developing communities that meet the needs of our discerning customers. This is only possible with the right partnerships,” Ali Sajwani, general manager and operations of DAMAC properties, said.

Located in the heart of AKOYA Oxygen, Aquilegia will feature a pool and neighbours the out of bound greens of an international golf course, the Dubai-listed developer noted.

“Designed with sustainability in mind, the community features energy efficient homes, complete with low-emission paints and solar water heating systems,” the statement pointed out.

The project is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2019, DAMAC said.
