Dubai – Mubasher: DAMAC International revealed its plans to establish some projects in Croatia in a bid to expand in the Eastern European country.
Istria, Dalmatia, and Dubrovnik are the key cities in which DAMAC will implement and develop its projects, Albayan newspaper reported, citing Wael Al Lawati, Senior Vice President of International Business Development in DAMAC.
“Croatia has a lot to offer in terms of picturesque locations for residential communities as well as being an attractive holiday destination for tourists, presenting tremendous potential for hospitality projects,” Al Lawati added.
“DAMAC has the capital and resources to carry out large-scale projects and with the right local partners and government collaboration, it could soon be announcing a major project in Croatia,” Al Lawati indicated.
In July, DAMAC International’s chairman, Hussain Sajwani discussed with Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, the Croatian President many investment opportunities that Croatia has offered.
