DAMAC says Dubai Marina residential tower topped out

Dubai-Mubasher: DAMAC Properties said its iconic 94-level tower DAMAC Heights, located in the prestigious Dubai Marina area, has been topped out.

The facade work at the $653 million (AED 2.4 billion) project has already reached level 69 and the block work is at level 76, with a significant acceleration in the construction in recent months.

Once completed, DAMAC Heights will be the seventh highest residential tower in the UAE at a height of 335 metres and 94 levels.

“We are delighted at the progress of the construction work at DAMAC Heights, which will be one of the most luxurious projects in the area when we hand it over at the end of next year,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president of DAMAC Properties.

“DAMAC Heights is the perfect destination to enjoy luxury living in Dubai, where combines trendy designs and the ideal location to give residents an exceptional experience at one of the leading destinations overlooking the waterfront in the emirate.”
