Dubai - Mubasher: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) announced on Saturday that it has awarded an AED 226.5 million construction contract for a power distribution unit in Al Ruwaiyah.
Dewa said in a statement that the contract includes the establishment of an office building, a multistorey car park, a mosque, as well as offices, staff accommodation units, and a parking lot for heavy machinery.
The projects total area spans over 949.3 square feet, while the office building and multistorey park have an area of 854,300 square feet.
The office building has a capacity for around 2,000 employees, while the park can have 1,400 cars, the statement noted.
