Dubai - Mubasher: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has inaugurated on Wednesday a new new main power substation station, according to a press release.
The new 132/11 kV substation with a total capacity of 150 Megavolt Amperes at Al Quoz 4, was built to help meet the increasing demand for electricity.
“The project aims to increase the capacity and efficiency of electricity and transmission networks at Al Quoz 4,” said the managing director and CEO of DEWA, Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer.
