Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) announced that it has started the third phase's construction works of the water reservoir at Al Lusaily with a storage capacity of 60 million gallons of desalinated water.
The project’s total cost amounted to AED 157 million, according to DEWA’s recent statement.
The new water reservoir targets increasing the emirate’s storage capacity to 890 million gallons instead of 830 million.
The project is scheduled to be finished and operated within two years.
