DFM, ADX close Thursday in green zone

UAE – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Thursday’s session higher by 14.32 points (0.41%) at 3,482.03 points.

The turnover stood at AED 704.20 million through the trading of 251.50 million shares.

Al Firdous Holding was the top riser with 13.83%, while Mashreq Bank led the fallers with 9.21%.

Emaar Properties recorded the highest trading value of AED 173.22 million, while Deyaar Development registered the largest trading volume of 41.38 million shares.

Similarly, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 0.674% to end the session at 9,745.36 points.

The turnover totalled AED 2.12 billion after 392.37 million shares were exchanged. The market cap value reached AED 1.81 trillion.

United Arab Bank (UAB) topped the risers with 10.56%, while Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding Company (RAK Poultry) was the top faller with 10%.

Aldar Properties posted the highest trading volume of 77.15 million shares, while First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) achieved the largest turnover of AED 433.07 million.
