Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a positive performance on Monday, backed by the rise of six sectors led by real estate and investment.
The main index rose 0.47% or 16.45 points to reach 3,507.91 points by 10:50am UAE time.
The real estate sector added 1.10% as Union Properties (UP) and Arabtec Holding grew 3.5% and 2.4%, respectively.
The investment sector gained 0.75% after DFM Company advanced 2.4%.
The banks sector levelled up 0.09% after Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) climbed 0.18%.
The market saw trading of 165.77 million shares through 1,450 transactions, with a turnover of AED 193.69 million.
