Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a bullish performance in Wednesday’s early trades, backed by the rise of blue chips topped by Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) and Emaar Properties.
The general index rose 0.07% or 2.32 points to reach 3,562.01 points by 10:40am UAE time.
The investment sector added 0.82% as Dubai Investments levelled up 1.19%. The banks sector also grew 0.29% after Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) increased 0.52%.
The real estate sector went up 0.31% after Emaar Properties climbed 0.4%.
The market saw trading of 55.45 million shares through 738 transactions, with a turnover of QAR 85.94 million.
