Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday announced that Saturday, 1 Muharram or 31 August 2019, will be an official holiday in celebration of the new Hijri year 1441 AH, according to an official statement.
The UAE’s Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) previously unveiled that 1 Muharram1441 would be an official holiday on the occasion of the New Hijri Year.
It is worth noting that the DFM closed Monday’s trading session 0.49% up at 2,729.04 points.
