DFM announces new Hijri year holiday

Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) announced a holiday on Sunday, 23 August, to mark the new Hijri year 1442, according to a press release on Monday.

The exchange will resume its operations on Monday, 24 August.

Meanwhile, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) decided to give a holiday on 23 August for the public and federal entities to celebrate the beginning of the Islamic New Year.
