DFM back to losses at Monday’s open

Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) opened Monday’s trading session in the red zone, weighed down by the fall of most sectors.

The DFMGI fell 1.35% or 50.17 points to reach 3,651.91 points by 10:40am UAE time.

Turnover amounted to AED 236.53 million after trading 200.4 million shares through 2,345 transactions.

The market was mainly weighed by the real estate sector which led losers with a 2.20% decline due to the fall of Arabtec Holding by 9.85%.

GFH Financial Group was the value leader after generating AED 51.25 million.
