Dubai – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) was down by 0.20% or 5.54 points at the end of Sunday’s trading session. The index closed at 2,763.02 points.
Meanwhile, the trading volume amounted to 87.50 million shares through 2,018 transactions, recording liquidity of AED 130.01 million.
The market cap value decreased by about AED 230,000 to reach AED 375.71 billion from AED 375.94 billion in the previous session.
The consumer staples segment led the winners with 0.84%, whereas the services segment remained unchanged.
Al Ramz Corporation Investment and Development topped the fallers with 9.86%, whereas Al Salam Group Holding headed the winners with 3.30%.
The leading stock Emaar Properties, down 0.98%, registered the highest turnover of AED 23.54 million, while Deyaar Development was the most active stock through the exchange of 12.01 million shares.
The blue-chip stock Emirates NBD inched down by 0.78%, while Arabtec Holding gained 2.94%.
